11:55 Right.
11:56 I also know that you're a polyglot.
11:59 Can you say anything in any language?

12:25 Jon Favreau.
12:27 He says, "Yeah, that's great, that's great. Do it again like that."
12:30 Wes Anderson.
12:31 He says, "Do it again, but do it exactly how I tell you."
12:35 Very insightful.
12:37 Now, Gwyneth, since you're so into longevity, I'm assuming you have a cold plunge in a sauna.
12:41 I do. Would you like to see?
12:42 I would like to see.
12:43 Come on.
12:44 Now, I think I have an idea, but can you explain in your own words why it seems everyone has a cold plunge in sauna?
12:49 So, cold plunges in saunas are amazing for detoxification and circulation, and they say skin tone and everything.
12:56 You want to try?
12:58 Like, go in?
12:59 Yeah.
13:00 All right. I'll just back myself up in here.

13:38 Right. Well, there's another thing that's helping with mood is this beautiful, beautiful view. Look at this. This is incredible.
13:44 Oh, thank you.

14:36 Occasionally, unfortunately.
14:38 And who is your mentor? And what's the most valuable advice that they've given you?
14:42 A guy named Brian who says, "When you have a problem, you've got to try a thousand things a thousand times."
14:49 That's good advice. And what is your relationship with the word "ambitious" now?
14:54 I think it's a good word, especially for women, to embrace.
14:57 All right. Are we going to pick any apples today?
14:59 Sure.
15:00 Is it ripe?
15:01 Not yet. Can you come back in October?
15:03 Yeah, I'll do that if you invite me.
15:06 What's another term besides "ambitious" that you hope gets re-evaluated?
15:10 Assertive.
15:11 Can you make a prediction about yourself one year from today?
15:14 I'll probably be here.

15:20 Probably the one when I was about 19 years old.
15:24 Yeah. And what would you say?
15:26 I was particularly lost at that juncture and I think I would just want to tell her to really become very, very close to herself because that's how life gets a lot less painful.
15:37 There we go. And last question. I believe we're on question number 73 if I'm counting correctly.
