00:08 And you've been granted the application, how do you feel about that?

00:12 I'm very pleased to be honest. I mean there was a restriction on the hours but that's perfectly acceptable considering it's a liveable area.

00:18 And what about the neighbours concerned about noise?

00:22 Well the neighbours didn't actually understand what we were trying to open up. They thought we were opening up a club.

00:27 But it purely is just a social hub for people to meet up, have a drink, and chat.
