00:00A big problem in this block of flats is the water ingress. The developer has taken the
00:09covering off of the roof, the waterproof covering, and clearly not put it back and there is water
00:18getting in absolutely everywhere. It's a concrete building with aerated concrete partition walls
00:24and of course they're like a sponge. The water that's got in, I know for a fact it's got
00:29into four flats but although I'm sure there's more, it's got into the communal areas.
00:35One of the amenities, the facilities that these flats share is a drying room because
00:40they're quite small flats so there's little space on the landing where people can dry
00:45their clothes and what not and they've removed maybe two or three of them on this side to
00:53make way for a lift for the people that are going to live up there in these wooden monstrosities.
01:00Yeah, it's affected the community, it will affect the community, it affects their lives
01:07and the community is really nice, super friendly. Everyone says hello to each other, there's
01:11kids running around playing.
