00:13 You know, for years we've heard from Cadillac that it's taking on BMW, and for once, it's

00:19 not marketing hype.

00:20 The ATS is the real deal.

00:23 The car is within tenths of an inch in terms of overall length, width and height of the

00:27 all-new BMW 3 Series.

00:30 It will be offered with three engines.

00:32 Base engine is a 2.5 litre, 200 horsepower, four-cylinder engine.

00:36 There's a new 2 litre turbo with 270 horsepower, and the 3.6 litre V6 from the CTS with 318

00:45 horsepower.

00:46 Two transmissions, six-speed manual and six-speed automatic.

00:50 An eight-speed is coming, but it's a couple of years away.

00:54 The car is rear-drive with very agile chassis.

00:57 The styling is very much Cadillac art and science and evolution of the CTS.
