00:00 Good morning everybody, it's Steph at the Doncaster Free Press and it's Wednesday morning.
00:05 Just bringing you the headlines today. First of all, we've got some really, really sad
00:08 news from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. One of its lions, Simba, one of 13 that the Wildlife
00:16 Park has rescued has sadly died of age-related health issues. So that's going to be a big
00:25 loss at the park there. Hopefully they'll be able to rescue some more in the future.
00:29 So RIP Simba. Then on to something else, let's see, we've got a piece with, well, it's about
00:41 a former drug and drink addict who's turned his life around. He used to sleep in a scrap
00:51 taxi when he was an addict and he's turned his life around. He's now found help through
00:59 Aspire based in Doncaster and he's actually been shortlisted for a film award, which is
01:05 absolutely fantastic. So well done to Neil there. Then we have something that came from
01:11 the police yesterday. They've sent out an e-fit of a man they're looking for who indecently
01:18 exposed himself walking along the A18 between Dunscroft, or Dundasville and Hatfield, sorry.
01:29 He was wearing only a t-shirt and glasses as he was walking down the street. He was
01:34 spotted by a woman driver and that was reported. So there's an e-fit of him on our website
01:41 for you to have a look at, see if you recognise him. So for that story, for anything else
01:47 that's happening in Doncaster today, just visit our website, www.doncasterfreepress.co.uk
01:55 and of course we'll keep you updated on Facebook throughout the day as well. Hope you have
01:59 a good one.
