Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan unveils cabinet reshuffle

Jacinta Allan has delivered a significant reshuffle to her ministerial team ahead of her first day of parliament as Victoria's new premier. Deputy premier Ben Carroll will take on the role of education minister and Tim Pallas will stay as treasurer to deliver his tenth state budget next year.

01:24 The Victorian opposition has also unveiled a shake up of its shadow cabinet, ahead of
01:29 parliament returning tomorrow for the first time with the new premier.
