00:02 I'm great. How are you today?
00:04 I'm great because we know right now people are busy, back to school, different things going on.
00:09 So staying healthy is very important.
00:11 So let's talk about ways that people can, of course, stay on that healthy trend right now.
00:16 Yes. Thank you so much for having me here today.
00:19 I'm really excited to be here with Ben's Original for the launch of Ben's Original 10 Medley,
00:24 which is a blend of 10 different grains, vegetables, legumes, and herbs.
00:28 This is such a full circle moment growing up off of Ben's Original.
00:33 So really excited to see this new launch with the Ben's Original 10 Medley.
00:38 I like it. All right, let's get into meal planning.
00:40 That could be very easy because that's one thing people kind of like forget to do or say they don't have time to do.
00:46 So what are some things we could do to have those meals all ready to go for us?
00:50 There's a lot of different things that you can do.
00:53 When we are looking at the Ben's Original 10 Medley, first and foremost, there's four different flavors.
01:00 So you have the Chinese style five spice.
01:03 You have a Caribbean style, a tomato and herbs.
01:06 And then we also have a Southwest flavor.
01:10 So many different flavors and options there.
01:13 This heats up in the microwave within about 90 seconds.
01:17 You can also cook it stovetop.
01:19 So there's so much convenience there when you're looking to kind of cut down on that cooking time,
01:24 get something out super quick for the kids or if you're on the go.
01:28 And this is what it actually looks like once we've cooked it off in the microwave for about 90 seconds.
01:33 Looks delicious. And with that looking so good, we know that we got to make the meals look fun.
01:38 We got to elevate them so the kids are more involved.
01:42 And of course, looking good when we serve it to our friends.
01:45 Where are some suggestions?
01:47 There's many different ways to elevate your meals when you're cooking with Ben's Original 10 Medley.
01:54 So I have a few examples here for you today.
01:56 We have our broccoli fried rice, which is very vegetable forward.
02:00 But if you're looking to elevate it, you can add in a little bit of protein.
02:04 Here I have an example of a beef protein with the broccoli fried rice.
02:10 I also have an example of how the tacos can be used with the smoky Southwest flavor.
02:17 We have a salad using the tomato and herbs flavor palette.
02:21 And then we also have a wrap here using the Caribbean style, the Caribbean style flavor.
02:28 So you can really elevate with the Ben's Original 10 Medley in so many different ways.
02:34 But mostly I would say adding in that protein, adding in a little bit of your own flavors and spice palettes.
02:41 But it's already so full of flavor, so you really don't need to do too much.
