00:00 I'm Dave, I'm here from White Locks, we're back here for the second year at Leeds International Beer Festival
00:05 at Kirk's Abbey, which is a beautiful place to have a beer festival.
00:08 Probably not many beer festivals have such a great setting as this.
00:12 Loads of different independent breweries and different bars here.
00:18 Not just beer, you've got ciders, cocktails, loads of great independent street food vendors
00:24 and it's a great weekend for it, the weather's brilliant, get yourselves down.

00:43 Hi, I'm John Kenny, co-founder of Kirk's Abbey Brewery and we helped put together the first ever
00:48 Leeds International Beer Festival with Darren and Maria from the council.
00:52 Unfortunately the travel was getting shut for a bit so we had to move out to Kirk's Abbey
00:57 and I say that like it's a bad thing but since we've been here it's been mind-blowing.
01:02 It's an absolutely beautiful setting.
01:05 Is there a good variety of beer and food here?
01:07 There's an incredible variety of beers and foods.
01:09 I think the variety of beer is incredible, the food as well, but to have it in this setting
01:14 is something that you won't get anywhere else.
01:16 And what will the weekend bring?
01:18 At the weekend, looking at the weather, we'll bring a lot of people.
01:21 We've got a lot of local breweries, just a really special feeling around the place.
