00:31 So I am suggesting and advocating to them to look at other models.

00:39 So lease model is probably a better option because you know how much you are spending
00:45 and that comes with maintenance.
00:49 So you have a certainty in terms of the lifespan of the bus.
00:53 And secondly, I also ask them to also look at outsourcing some of the routes to other

01:01 So you don't have to run everything yourself.
01:04 So even in Klang Valley right now, Prasarana is undertaking this approach and they are
01:11 tendering out right now, they are asking for proposals for any bus operators to take over
01:17 certain routes.
01:18 They are private operators but they will have to run under rapid.
