00:00 Well, aside from the beaches, we're checking out the travel forecast now across the country.
00:04 For those details, let's check in with Ariella Scalise.
00:06 Thanks, and yeah, let's take a look at some travel here as we make our way into the end
00:12 of the week, and we are starting you into the northwest, where I think travel should
00:16 be pretty easy for you.
00:18 No delays are expected, at least for Seattle, Portland, Boise.
00:21 Helena, could see some minor delays because of a few thunderstorms rolling on through.
00:25 Meanwhile, throughout the southwest, lots of sunshine, no delays expected for San Francisco
00:29 or L.A., and looking pretty good over the Four Corners from Phoenix up to Denver.
00:34 No weather delays are expected.
00:36 We take you up into the north central, where some delays earlier in the week because of
00:39 thunderstorms, but things looking good throughout our Thursday from Bismarck to Minneapolis
00:44 to Omaha, not expecting any delays.
00:46 And then in two parts of the south central, I think travel's going to be good from Oklahoma
00:50 City to Little Rock down through Houston.
00:51 Temperatures will still be hot, but that shouldn't impact travel.
00:55 There I think maybe a few minor delays will be possible into New Orleans with some thunderstorms,
01:00 and we'll keep that chance for thunderstorms in and around Atlanta, so heads up for some
01:03 minor delays.
01:04 Otherwise, Nashville over to Raleigh should be good, and Jacksonville down to Miami, no
01:08 weather delays are expected.
01:10 In two parts of the midwest, I do think Detroit could maybe have a few minor delays because
01:14 of some thunderstorms, and there will be some thunderstorms into New England as well, and
01:18 so Banger could have some delays, and also the interior northeast, we're talking Buffalo,
01:23 some minor delays possible.
01:24 Going up and down 95, it's the heat that's going to be the main issue, but if you're
01:28 traveling in and around D.C., maybe a thunderstorm or two, that could slow some travel down.
01:32 It does look like unfortunately those flight cancellations will get worse as we head into
01:36 the weekend, so pack your patience.
01:38 Back to you.
