US congressman vows ‘resolute reaction’ to Taiwan attack

US Congressman Rob Wittman pledges a firm response if Taiwan is attacked during his visit to Taipei. Although the US officially recognizes Beijing, it remains a crucial ally to Taiwan, offering support in weaponry and aid to enhance its defense against China's growing aggression. Wittman also commits to helping clear the backlog in weapon deliveries to Taiwan.
