Transcript
00:00 Here's today's Husker Max Practice Report brought to you by Tracy's Collision Center
00:04 on 1499.3 KLIN.
00:08 Just before Husker football season kicks off against Minnesota, head coach Matt Rule made
00:13 a highly anticipated special teams announcement.
00:16 Tristan Alvano will be the starting kicker in this game.
00:20 We're not prepared yet to say the kickoff person.
00:23 I think a lot of that will be, all three guys are ready to go.
00:25 So a lot of that will be affected by the wind and certain kicks maybe at different times.
00:30 Rule also announced the return of some key offensive players who are coming back from
00:35 injury.
00:36 Teddy Prohaska is up and ready to play.
00:38 So how much he plays will remain to be seen, but he is up and ready to play and has had
00:43 a really good week.
00:44 And Marcus Washington is up and ready to play.
00:46 So both those guys are doing a great job battling back from injury, so I'm excited to see those
00:50 guys play.
00:51 The beginning of the Matt Rule era will begin Thursday at 7pm against Minnesota.
00:55 With this Husker Max Practice Report, I'm Matt McMaster.
