Shy shelter dog turns out to be 'crazy'

00:09 They picked her up, took her to the shelter.
00:11 She didn't have a microchip.
00:13 No one called in to get her.
00:14 I wanted a dog and someone posted a picture of her
00:19 and then within two days, I went and picked her up.
00:23 The first week, she was a little nervous, pretty shy.
00:25 She was just so cuddly towards me.
00:27 If I sat on the couch,
00:28 she just wanted to rest her head on me.
00:30 Or if I was laying in bed,
00:31 she literally laid on top of me.
00:33 I grew up with dogs and I've never had a dog

00:48 she started showing her crazy personality.

01:25 She's just so goofy.

01:28 Everyone thinks she's very big, but no.
01:29 She's very low to the ground.
01:31 She's pretty tiny, I would say, but she is 50 pounds.
01:35 She's got a lot of muscle.
01:36 I haven't gotten her DNA tested yet,
01:38 but I always tell people she looks like a leopard pit bull
01:40 with spots all over, the blue eye, the brown eye.
01:43 If she thinks something's going on,
01:45 her ears pop right back up and she's looking around.

01:48 I never have alone time.
01:51 I can't even close the bathroom door on her.
01:54 She just loves absolutely everyone.
01:56 When I adopted her, she was very scared of men,
01:58 but I brought her around men and now
02:00 she probably prefers them over me.
02:02 I was joking the other day,
02:03 if we had a bunch of people standing in a line,
02:05 like who would she run up to?
02:07 And I always say like, no, I don't think it would be me.
02:09 But we were at the vet the other day
02:11 and she was looking around to see me.
02:12 And then when she saw me,
02:13 she just stopped looking around the room.
02:15 So that made me feel good.
02:17 I feel like at some point she did have an owner.
02:19 I struggle with that.
02:20 Why would someone just not look for her?
02:22 And I've also thought maybe she was used for breeding.
02:25 I'm not sure.
02:26 Knowing her personality,
02:28 everyone's like you guys are the same exact.

02:32 Recently she's having some health issues.
02:34 She's fine now, but I cannot handle if I lose her right now.
