00:00 God, I was starting to get annoyed.
00:03 I was hoping for the opportunity to talk about,
00:06 if I understand your question correctly, how two his off seasons been.
00:11 And you know what?
00:13 I can say hard facts that I've seen with my own eyes.
00:18 And it's been as it's top five on the team in terms of,
00:25 we've had a lot of guys really step their game up.
00:29 And you wanna talk about somebody that's committed to
00:33 doing what he's doing for the right reasons.
00:36 He was already invested before this year, but
00:43 then taking a bunch of things that have happened.
00:48 He really put an onus on controlling what he can control.
00:52 So you wanna talk about every metric that Dave Poloca and
00:58 his strength staff really track, which is pretty much everything.
01:02 I mean, to the degree of blinks,
01:07 every metric of strength that is measured.
01:12 He's shattered his previous highs.
01:17 And in some instances, he's almost twice as strong with things.
01:23 And that's been a daily commitment that he hasn't wavered from.
01:28 He's taken his nutrition to another level.
01:34 He's taken his commitment to what he's trying to do.
01:39 And really thought outside the box and really, really worked at it.
01:44 So I couldn't be happier with the work that he's put in and
01:48 that what I've actually viewed from my own eyes.
01:52 It's every, basically, you're happy for
01:56 guys as a coach when you can see in the present that
02:00 down the road, they're gonna have no regrets.
02:05 Meaning the results are what the results are.
02:10 But you know that without any shade of gray that you put your best foot forward,
02:16 and he really has, and I think his teammates would agree.
02:22 We are getting the absolute best version of two events existed.
