00:00 Hey, Flo, I know we've talked to you a lot about Miles Gaskin and kind of how he got
00:05 this role.
00:06 We've talked about his hard work and what he kind of did to get here.
00:09 But it seems rare to me for a guy to go from his role, what he was doing last year, at
00:14 least early on to being this guy now.
00:16 And I guess I wanted to see if you could paint a picture of maybe how you've seen him develop
00:20 in that year one or year two jump to make him, you know, as prevalent in your offense
00:26 as he is now.
00:29 Well I think you saw a lot of improvement a year ago from, you know, training camp to
00:37 being inactive and, you know, let's call it the first half of last season.
00:42 He, you know, you could just see me when he was inactive.
00:46 He was in here on his off days and training, you know, he and Patrick Laird were kind of
00:52 training on their own.
00:53 I'd walk into the bubble and they'd be in the off in the corner with bands and just
00:58 kind of just trying to get better.
01:01 So he spent a lot of time with Eric.
01:04 I think Eric's done a great job with him as far as, you know, getting the mental side
01:09 of the game down.
01:10 And then, you know, he took this past offseason and really, really trained and got his body
01:17 fit for, you know, an NFL season after having been through one.
01:25 You know, he felt like he had to make some changes and he made them.
01:28 Then he comes to training camp and he was, you know, very consistent throughout training
01:32 camp.
01:33 So I would say that's kind of been the, you know, that's the history behind it.
01:38 All those things happen.
01:39 I think that was happening with a lot of different players.
01:42 And then ultimately you get in the game if you're productive, you get more opportunities,
01:48 which has been the case for him.
