01:17 Local growth projects and that sort of thing. But it's just high water and expensive to live so I couldn't afford to live there.

01:27 I think Marple's a wonderful place to live because it's got good access to transport but we've also got fantastic local shops.

01:52 It's a friendly atmosphere, like walking around, you know. You can just have a little laugh with your colleagues and friends and family.
01:59 You don't have to keep worrying about the door being locked constantly or your car getting nicked. Crime's pretty low. Just a good vibe.
