00:00 Wolverhampton Wanderers won Brighton-Hove Albion 4. It is a terrible return to
00:05 Molineux for Gary O'Neill's side. His first game in charge here at Molineux.
00:10 You would expect a lot more, especially after their performance away at
00:13 Manchester United. Of course they did lose that game 1-0 but they were the better
00:16 team and they deserve to win. Lots of controversy in that one. You'd think maybe
00:20 a bit more preparation time back in front of the fans here at Molineux but
00:25 Brighton ran riot to be honest with you in the first half. A bit more of an
00:29 evening counter. Karim Atoma scored a fantastic solo goal. Defensively they
00:34 weren't great on the right-hand side of Sameda and Dawson but on the left
00:37 Nuri and Kilman looked a bit better. Second half though, after a promising
00:43 end to the first for Wolves, it all fell apart. The Seagulls came out the blocks
00:46 firing. Three goals within the opening 10 minutes of the second period. One for
00:51 Estupinian, two for Sonny March. The game was put beyond doubt 4-0 at that stage.
00:55 There were some substitutions made and that kind of changed the game a bit.
00:59 Huang Hechan got a goal, a glancing header from a deep delivery. Kind of a
01:03 change of style, maybe go a bit more of an aerial threat even without Kulajic on
01:07 the pitch. That did get one back and Wolves did have the odd half chance
01:11 maybe in the closing stages and it did stop Brighton from going over the top
01:15 and exploiting that like they had kind of between the 45th and 55th minutes. But
01:19 once again it was too little too late. The game had already been decided at
01:23 that point and that's two defeats out of two for Wolves and it hurts the goal
01:27 difference as well. They're down to rock bottom and it will stay like that at the
01:30 end of the second weekend of Premier League action unless another team that lost
01:34 last weekend lose heavily. So very disappointing from Wolves. Of course
01:38 plenty of time still to recover under O'Neill. It is going to take time to
01:42 adjust from the reign under Lopetegui. We knew that the way he left it was
01:46 going to cause a bit of an uproar here and it was going to change their
01:49 momentum slightly. Maybe it's changed it more than people thought. Today I think
01:54 a bit of a humbling one. Brighton though exceptional once again as they always
01:58 are under a Bursas de Zerbe. Wolves have to go back to the drawing board ahead of
02:01 another big game next week.
