00:18 Now, can you update us on what's going on?
00:20 - Okay, so it's a little bit chaotic right now, Ryan.
00:24 Some of the larger companies have pulled out
00:28 writing homeowner's insurance
00:30 and so it's made it a little bit stressful for people,
00:35 but they don't need to panic.
00:38 We can still help them to find insurance,
00:41 homeowner's insurance.
00:42 - Okay, so what should people in our community
00:44 know exactly about the updates with homeowner's insurance?
00:47 - So basically what happens is like,
00:49 when you purchase a home, you wanna call us
00:52 and that's like 30 to 60 days before your home closes.
00:56 And then once you get your renewal,
00:58 it's about 30 to 60 days as well.

01:05 to look for the best rate.
01:06 - Right, and how soon again should they reach out to you?
