00:00 I'm Steve Holt, I'm the owner of Kirkstall Brewery and the Kirkstall Pub Company and
00:05 we're really pleased to be opening our sixth venue just on the outskirts of Leeds in Horsforth.
00:11 I've always liked this site, I've always found it a really interesting and visible site so
00:16 when the opportunity came to acquire it, we went for it and here we are.
00:22 And you've got Northern Block on board as well haven't you?
00:24 We have, we've done a collaboration with Northern Block to produce a mango lassi soft serve
00:31 which complements the style of food that we're going to be serving here under the Karabar
00:35 brand with my friend Anurag here who's going to be producing some really exciting small
00:42 plates for our consumers.
00:44 So I'm Anurag Singh, I'm one of the owners of Dasdan.
00:48 So when Steve came up with the idea of collaboration we were really excited and then we looked
00:55 at the pub and an idea of Karabar came in.
00:58 So Karabar is basically Indian street foods with this modern twist and producing some
01:04 small plates and other dishes that go very well with all the beers from Kirkstall Brewery.
01:12 So it's a specially designed menu and I would like to say it's quite unique as well.
01:18 So we hope the customers from Horsforth will really enjoy it.
