00:23 the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines has instructed that they are ready to have a dialogue.

00:28 According to the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines' Deputy Chief of Mission and Minister, Counselor Zhu Ziyong,

00:33 they are ready to talk about the solution to the problems in the territory that are not being used by force.

00:40 China has repeatedly expressed its willingness to resolve differences with the Philippines through bilateral dialogues.

00:49 They also submitted a concept paper last June to resolve the issue

00:54 and the Foreign Affairs Department is just waiting for the result.

00:58 The Chinese Embassy also promised that they will remain united in maintaining the good relationship between the two countries.

01:28 the so-called military vessel that was launched there in 1999 is being removed.

01:33 I'm not aware of any agreement that the Philippines should remove from its own territory,

01:42 its own ship, the BRP Sierra Madre from the Ayungin Shoal.

01:53 If there does exist such an agreement, I rescind that agreement as of now.
