00:24 One by one, over 200 PDLs or persons deprived of liberty
00:29 marched into the processional. Some accompanied by their loved ones
00:34 while others marched alone. For the first time,
00:37 Joel gets to meet his brother inside the facility.
00:41 He started working in Qatar over the last three years
00:44 and at the exact same time his brother was also detained.
