00:00 Sean Duffy, co-host of the Bottom Line on Fox Business,
00:03 also a former Republican congressman for Wisconsin,
00:06 joins me now.
00:07 I mean, there's so much to unpack here,
00:08 but can we just talk about Eric Schuer
00:10 and actually visiting the White House at least 36 times.
00:13 It could be more because the number keeps growing.
00:15 Visiting the vice president,
00:16 and this letter that comes from the vice president
00:19 looking forward to his next visit.
00:20 Why are they so close?
00:21 - With Devin Archer, right?
00:22 But the bottom line is,
00:23 why don't they come clean, right?
00:25 And why does someone have that much contact
00:27 with the vice president?
00:28 What's going on here?
00:29 And I think there's more smoke.
00:31 Republicans are looking for a fire.
00:33 The problem, and I know we're gonna talk about this later,
00:35 is the FBI.
00:36 I mean, any American with these kind of ties and connections
00:40 and this kind of smoke, they would be looking at,
00:41 they would be investigating.
00:43 And you have basically not just the FBI,
00:45 but the Democrat Party and the media turning a blind eye
00:49 to everything that's happening in Biden world.
00:51 It's like there's this massive protection mechanism
00:55 that wants to make sure no one looks at
00:57 what they've done in the past
00:58 and the money they've made in the past
00:59 and the medians that they've had
01:01 that will lead us to future investigations.
01:02 - I'm glad you brought it up.
01:03 Speaking of the FBI, Congressman Jim Jordan
01:06 calling out an FBI special agent
01:09 who lied under oath about his decisions with big tech
01:12 about the Hunter Biden administration.
01:15 Jordan actually posted a Facebook employee's message
01:18 from October of 2020.
01:19 That employee said he had spoken to FBI agent Elvis Chan,
01:24 who said he was, quote,
01:25 "up to speed on the Bureau's Hunter investigation."
01:29 And that, quote, "That there was no current evidence
01:32 to suggest any foreign connection
01:34 or direction of the leak of the laptop story."
01:37 But in sworn testimony two years later,
01:40 Chan said he had no internal knowledge
01:43 of that investigation into Hunter.
01:46 - So it appears that Chan was the point man
01:49 between the FBI and social media companies
01:51 and he lied under oath, right?
01:52 So it begs the question, why are FBI agents lying
01:55 about the laptop and their involvement
01:58 with social media companies?
02:00 And listen, if you take a step back and look at this,
02:02 the FBI has been the protection mechanism
02:05 for the Biden family.
02:06 This is very easy to handle, Julie.
02:08 You could do a forensic audit.
02:09 The FBI does these all the time.
02:10 The IRS does these all the time.
02:12 The shell companies that Julian Turner referenced
02:15 with Kevin McCarthy, those shell companies evaporate.
02:19 The Bidens might think they're brilliant,
02:20 but they're actually not.
02:21 They can, the FBI or the IRS can see right through them
02:24 and see where the money goes.
02:25 And I think they won't look at where the money goes.
02:28 They won't do a forensic audit
02:29 because they know that the money goes
02:31 from foreign countries to Hunter Biden
02:33 into Joe Biden's pocket.
02:35 And they talk about foreign interference in elections.
02:38 They're all concerned about foreign interference.
02:41 We have domestic interference in our election
02:43 through the FBI's crazy behavior this last election.
02:47 - Yeah, no, forensics investigations
02:48 shouldn't be that hard, right?
02:50 It just depends on who or not blocks them from happening,
02:53 very much like the cocaine that was found in the White House.
02:55 You notice that we haven't talked about that?
02:57 That has been completely swept under the rug,
02:59 figuratively, literally.
03:00 - Like, like, like,
03:02 Secret Service can't find out whose cocaine that was.
03:04 There's cameras. - If it was Anthrax,
03:06 we'd know who brought it into the White House.
03:07 - Exactly. - Okay?
03:08 - But they can't find out whose cocaine that was.
03:09 - Yes, because they don't want to.
03:11 That's precisely the reason why.
03:13 The Sunday news shows typically do recap
03:15 the biggest political events of the week.
03:17 Not last Sunday, though.
03:18 They totally blew off the explosive Devon Archer testimony.
03:22 Republican presidential candidate Doug Burgum
03:24 called out ABC News on air.
03:27 Watch this.
03:28 - Was Mike Pence right when he certified?
03:31 - I just listened to 15 minutes of legal debate
03:33 on this thing, and I'm sure you could run it,
03:36 again, seven by 24.
03:38 But what I know is that I'm running against Joe Biden,
03:41 and that's what we're gonna be talking about.
03:43 And of course, not a mention in the last 15 minutes
03:46 of Hunter Biden or the laptop,
03:48 Americans out there do concern.
03:50 There are people on the ground
03:51 that are not watching these Sunday programs
03:53 that are saying, you know,
03:55 why is the DOJ defending Hunter Biden,
03:58 and why are they attacking President Trump?
04:00 It does seem political to people.
04:02 - Seem political.
04:03 I mean, it couldn't be more political,
04:05 and good for him for calling them out on it,
04:06 but it's absolutely true.
04:08 How do you ignore this story?
04:09 This is a huge story,
04:11 and President Biden is not only a president,
04:13 he's a presidential candidate.
04:14 - It's the biggest story of the week.
04:15 So Devon Archer comes out and says,
04:17 "Listen, yes, Joe Biden was on the phone
04:18 at least 20 times with Hunter Biden
04:21 and his potential clients or clients,
04:23 causing the White House to change the story
04:25 that Joe Biden had no knowledge
04:27 of Hunter Biden's business dealings
04:28 to Joe Biden was never in business with Hunter Biden."
04:31 Massive story they cover up.
04:33 These are the same networks, though,
04:34 who, however, for three years covered Russia collusion
04:37 every hour of every day of every week.
04:40 And again, that's where they lose credibility.
04:42 People don't look to mainstream media as a news source.
04:45 They're propaganda sources.
04:46 - Yeah, optics is everything.
04:49 It really is.
04:50 In this next story, the optics are bad.
04:52 Heartbreak on full display.
04:54 There are families of 13 American service members
04:57 killed in Afghanistan speaking out
05:00 nearly two years after the administration's
05:02 botched withdrawal from the country.
05:04 The parents of 31-year-old Staff Sergeant
05:07 Darren Taylor Hoover say the administration lied
05:11 to their family about Darren's death,
05:14 an outpouring of pain and raw emotion.
05:17 Watch.
05:18 - Confusion, deceit, lost, angry, sad,
05:23 heartbroken, and disgusted.
05:24 I was told to my face he died on impact.
05:26 That's not true.
05:29 The only reason that I know this
05:31 is because witnesses told me the truth.
05:33 I was lied to and basically told to shut up.
05:36 Biden, the Biden administration,
05:38 Blinken, Milley, Austin, Whited, Ball.
05:43 Incompetent, cowards, evil.
05:45 I want accountability.
05:47 Why would they just not say, "We made a mistake"?
05:50 - Be a grown (beep) man.
05:52 Admit to your mistakes.
05:55 Learn from them so that this doesn't happen ever,
06:01 ever again.
06:02 - A DOD spokesperson told Fox, by the way,
06:07 that they express our deepest condolences
06:09 to the Gold Star families and are forever grateful
06:11 for their service, sacrifice, and committed efforts
06:14 during the evacuation operation.
06:16 The statement notably leaves out the word success.
06:19 And even after that horrific suicide bombing
06:21 near the Kabul airport, the Biden administration
06:24 still called the exit mission a success.
06:28 Remember that?
06:29 The Pentagon's response yesterday
06:30 to these Gold Star families notably avoided that word
06:33 and said this, and I quote,
06:35 can we put this up for a second?
06:36 "The Defense Department, which I just said,
06:38 "expresses our deepest condolences.
06:40 "Once again, leaving out the word success."
06:43 So they're speaking out of both sides of the mouth,
06:45 and that is a slap in the face of these Gold Star families.
06:47 - So first off, the withdrawal from Afghanistan
06:49 was not a success.
06:50 We all know that, and that's a point
06:52 in Joe Biden's pollings where he absolute collapsed.
06:54 But speaking about these Gold Star families,
06:56 it was heart-wrenching testimony.
06:58 These are people who don't wanna be political.
07:00 They don't wanna attack the Commander-in-Chief.
07:01 They don't wanna attack the President.
07:02 They don't wanna attack generals.
07:04 But when they're lied to about how their sons
07:07 and daughters have died, how they passed away,
07:09 or Joe Biden tries to commiserate with them
07:11 and say, "I lost my son too.
07:12 "I received a flag myself."
07:15 Beau Biden didn't die in combat.
07:16 He died of cancer.
07:18 These are young men, 13 men and women,
07:20 who didn't have to die in Afghanistan.
07:22 It was but for the failures of Joe Biden's administration
07:25 that these young people aren't with us today.
07:27 And I think, shame on the Biden administration.
07:29 Treat people fairly.
07:30 And again, you can make mistakes.
07:33 You can have errors.
07:34 If you admit them, people can deal with that.
07:37 But when you don't admit that you made,
07:39 you made the mistakes and you say you were successful,
07:41 and then you lie to the families, that's what you get.
07:43 - Well, they also deflected and talked,
07:45 and the Biden administration then kind of deflected and said,
07:48 "We are trying to spare another generation
07:50 "of fallen soldiers."
07:51 How about the ones that fell unnecessarily
07:53 in that botched withdrawal of Afghanistan?
07:55 No accountability whatsoever.
07:56 - You can get out of Afghanistan all you want,
07:58 but get out the right way.
07:59 People don't have to die.
08:00 You don't have to give American territory
08:02 and armaments to the Taliban when you leave.
08:04 - All right, Sean Duffy, thank you so much.
08:06 It's always great to see you.
08:08 - You too.
08:08 I'm Steve Ducey.
08:09 - I'm Brian Kilmeade.
