00:00 So Devin Archer's interview with lawmakers raising a whole lot of eyebrows.
00:04 A couple Democrats even publicly criticizing Hunter Biden.
00:08 One House Democrat even saying, "At the very least, the optics are pretty bad."
00:14 What we saw from the Archer testimony was a very unflattering portrait of Hunter Biden's
00:18 judgment and business dealings.
00:20 If Hunter Biden committed crimes, Hunter Biden should face justice and accountability for
00:25 those crimes.
00:27 Similar comments from another lawmaker on the left.
00:31 Let me say something that you never heard a Republican member of Congress say in the
00:35 four years of the Trump administration, which is that if Hunter Biden broke the law, he
00:40 should be prosecuted.
00:41 And it is clear that he broke the law with respect to taxes and possibly the ownership
00:45 of a handgun.
00:46 He should be held accountable for that.
00:50 Joe Concha, Fox News contributor and my friend, also media and columnist, politics columnist
00:55 for The Messenger.
00:56 I guess the friend part came before your title.
00:58 I hope that's OK.
00:59 All good.
01:00 All right.
01:01 Let me just first ask you regarding these comments.
01:04 You know, Archer basically says that the president was indeed on these phone calls, in fact,
01:09 on speakerphone when they actually indeed did talk about business dealings.
01:13 The president has maintained from the very beginning he was never on those phone calls.
01:17 Obviously, somebody is lying here and it's not looking so good for the president.
01:22 No, Julian, it's not just the 20 phone calls that you just talked about.
01:26 It's the dinners also.
01:28 Joe Biden in person with Hunter Biden's business dealings and business partners, I should say.
01:35 And no, they weren't just there to discuss meteorology, right?
01:38 Sun, clouds, dew point.
01:39 That doesn't get you to the oring stage of any dinner.
01:42 So obviously there's not just smoke here.
01:45 There's a Canadian sized wildfire here as far as evidence that the president of the
01:51 United States, while vice president, profited from his son's business dealings to the tune
01:57 of millions of dollars.
01:58 Because how else does he afford a multimillion dollar home on the beach in Rehoboth, Delaware,
02:03 on a vice president's and senators salary?
02:06 How does he afford another multimillion dollar home in Wilmington?
02:09 And Democrats look profoundly foolish when they say, well, there's just no evidence here.
02:14 This is just about Hunter Biden, not Joe Biden.
02:16 Well, we have phone calls, we have emails and we have dinners proving otherwise that
02:22 Joe Biden sat in on these meetings.
02:24 And if that's the case, you now have a president that could be compromised by the likes of
02:29 China, Ukraine, Romania.
02:31 You could go down the list in terms of where he is compromised.
02:35 But obviously most important, Julie, is China.
02:37 And if that's the case, then this makes Watergate look like a smash and grab.
02:42 Republican presidential candidate Doug Burgum criticized ABC News on air on air.
02:47 OK, this is a good one for ignoring the scandals surrounding Hunter Biden.
02:52 Let's watch this.
02:54 Was Mike Pence right when he certified?
02:56 I just listened to 15 minutes of legal debate on this thing.
02:59 And and and I'm sure you could run it again, seven by 24.
03:03 But what I know is that I'm running against Joe Biden.
03:06 And that's what we're going to be talking about.
03:08 And of course, not a mention in the last 15 minutes of, you know, Hunter Biden or the
03:13 laptop.
03:14 Americans out there do concern.
03:15 There are people on the ground that are not watching these Sunday programs that are saying,
03:19 you know, why is the why is the DOJ defending Hunter Biden and why are they attacking President
03:25 Trump?
03:26 It does seem political to people.
03:27 It is.
03:28 Yeah, it is political.
03:30 The question is, is it fair?
03:33 It's absolutely fair.
03:34 Look, you could cover the Donald Trump trials.
03:37 They're going to be coming up.
03:38 Obviously, a big news story.
03:39 He's the leading vote getter right now, at least as far as polls are concerned for the
03:43 Republican nomination.
03:44 He is a former president.
03:46 But you equally have to cover Joe Biden as well.
03:49 And to expect, say, ABC this week with George Stepanopoulos, the former communications director
03:54 for a former Democratic president, to go down that road first or at least give it somewhat
03:59 equal time, obviously is laughable.
04:01 And we see it not just at ABC, Julie.
04:04 We see it in the pages of The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC.
04:10 Pretending this story does not exist or when they do cover it, dismiss it, mock it, say
04:15 there's no there.
04:16 Their elections have consequences, fortunately.
04:19 And there's a GOP House right now that will continue these hearings, these investigations.
04:23 Whistleblowers will continue to come forward.
04:25 And at some point you probably expect perhaps impeachment is on the table as well.
04:31 And it's not politically driven if you just look at the evidence objectively and sanely.
04:36 I want to quote Congressman Jake Austin Klaus.
04:39 He's a Democrat.
04:40 OK, he criticized Hunter Biden following the House testimony of his former business partner
04:44 Archer.
04:45 And he said this.
04:46 And I just want to quote him.
04:47 What we saw from the Archer testimony was a very unflattering portrait of Hunter Biden's
04:51 judgment and business dealings.
04:53 OK, yes, of course, it was unflattering.
04:56 That's actually being kind.
04:58 Never mind Hunter Biden's poor judgment and unflattering business dealings.
05:03 Poor judgment is made by the president of the United States because he is not only proudly
05:08 backed his son.
05:09 He said he's very proud of him.
05:10 But I mean, there are dozens of phone calls that prove that he was much more than just
05:14 a silent supporter supporting your son.
05:18 He was very much involved.
05:19 When are we going to see an investigation come out of this?
05:22 Well, I think we're already seeing it already from James Comber and House oversight.
05:26 The question is, will we have a special counsel that will come forward?
05:29 The same kind of special counsel we see with Jack Smith and Donald Trump.
05:34 You have to think at some point that could happen, except there's a Department of Justice
05:38 that's run by Merrick Garland, who serves as Joe Biden's wingman the same way Eric Holder
05:43 served as Barack Obama's wingman when he was running the Department of Justice.
05:48 So we will see.
05:49 But at some point, the dam is going to break on this if it's not already breaking.
05:53 And this now becomes the two stories of the 2024 election.
05:56 Julie, that's the shame of all this.
05:57 We're not going to be talking about issues like inflation and wages and the border and
06:02 education and crime and foreign policy as it pertains to the war in Ukraine or in terms
06:07 of our stance towards China.
06:08 It will be about Donald Trump's legal problems.
06:10 The media will make sure of that and Joe Biden's legal problems.
06:13 I'll leave you with this poll that just came out.
06:16 One third, this is according to YouGov, one third of American voters now see Joe Biden
06:21 as honest and trustworthy.
06:23 That is something that he ran on in 2020, that he was going to restore honesty and normalcy
06:29 to the White House.
06:30 He can't run on that anymore because most Americans say, nope, you can't take the higher
06:33 moral ground here because we see right through this.
06:36 Yeah.
06:37 The Super PAC allied with former President Trump's campaign today out with its first
06:41 ad directly hitting President Biden, and they are distracting their aim at Hunter's business
06:46 dealings.
06:47 Watch this.
06:49 Your family and their cronies raked in over 17 million from these schemes.
06:52 And you, Joe, went from being one of the poorest in Congress to a millionaire in the White
06:57 House.
06:58 Come on, Joe.
06:59 All this a coincidence or corruption?
07:03 This ad starts airing today.
07:05 How do you think this is going to pan out?
07:07 Well, it is interesting because to this point, Julie, we've seen Donald Trump go after Governor
07:12 Ron DeSantis and some of his other Republican rivals, not all certainly.
07:16 So it seems like the focus was get the nomination.
07:19 This is now saying, OK, I think I have the nomination given where the polling is.
07:23 And now I'm going to start my offensive against Joe Biden.
07:26 And this is what it's going to look like.
07:28 So much different than 2020, when Joe Biden basically ran by pleading the Fifth Amendment
07:32 and running from his basement.
07:33 Now Joe Biden has to run on a record and he has to defend himself against this.
07:36 The thing is, though, he hasn't done a solo press conference on U.S. soil, Julie, in nearly
07:40 nine months.
07:41 You could take a whole baby to term, full term in nine months.
07:45 And yet he hasn't taken questions from people at the White House.
07:47 And they're going to continue to try to hide him for as long as possible.
07:50 But that only gets you so far.
07:52 I guess the fortunate thing is we're still something like 430 days away from Election
07:56 Day and we'll be talking about this every day, I have a feeling, my friend.
07:59 What's worse is we actually carry babies for 10 months.
08:02 It's what you men really don't understand.
08:04 It's 10 long months.
08:05 Yeah, that's right.
08:07 I remember I did it for 30 months, essentially.
08:09 All right.
08:10 Joe Concha, great to see you.
08:13 Love you, buddy.
08:14 Thank you.
08:15 Take care.
08:16 10 months.
08:17 Got it.
