00:00 On the week of August 7th, Phyllis is in a stage of extreme distress and can be seen
00:05 weeping as she begs the court to have mercy on her. She is explaining to the court how
00:10 Jeremy pressured and frightened her into acting in a manner that was not in her best interest.
00:15 She even acknowledges that she did something extremely terrible and that it is impossible
00:20 to take it back. Phyllis is aware that in order to decrease her punishment, she has to apologize
00:25 and demonstrate that she is remorseful but we are not sure whether or not the court would believe
00:30 her. Meanwhile, Christine is adding more trouble for Phyllis. She hopes that Phyllis will get into
00:36 some kind of legal difficulty as a result of what she did. Christine is acting very forcefully and
00:42 loudly and she is making a concerted effort to convince the court that Phyllis ought to be
00:46 punished. However, we are not aware of the judge's decision in any way. After some time has passed,
00:52 Phyllis can be heard on the phone in her hotel room predicting that some aspects of the situation
00:57 will shift. It's possible that she is referring to anything the judge said, but we can be sure.
01:03 Summer and Daniel had been anxiously awaiting news of the next events.
01:08 Summer is quite outspoken about her belief that her mother deserves the consequences.
01:13 Daniel doesn't say a word, opting instead to observe and listen.
01:18 The most interesting thing about Summer is her behavior. Her tone is shaky and she sounds anxious
01:24 as she talks about how important it is for her mother to apologize to the family for her actions.
01:28 Due to the fact that she does not seem to be in excellent presence of mind,
01:33 it would appear as if she is unclear of what it is that she is saying.
01:37 Even though Summer cannot influence the decision that the judge makes, we are curious as to whether
01:43 or not her lack of clarity would lead her to act in an unexpected manner. Even if she cannot sway
01:49 the opinions of the court, she may nevertheless decide to test her willpower by engaging in some
