00:00 the new partnership with GEM and MABS means for you two as players and then we'll follow it up with a question on Chicago.
00:09 I mean I am super excited speaking as a member of the Dallas Wings but just the message in general and the action of empowering young girls is so essential.
00:19 It's so essential for the future, for our community, to develop females as leaders.
00:25 That's something I've learned from basketball and to share that passion and be one of the spokesperson with the logo, you know, in our jersey.
00:33 And being supported by the Dallas Mavs means a lot. It's finally, you know, a really great step of a male team, a male NBA team, supporting a WNBA team and leading them into a way where we're saying, "Hey, we're working together for the future as well."
00:53 Yeah, I would definitely agree with Satu and I think getting drafted here, you know, I was hoping that we would have affiliation with the Mavs so, you know, for it to finally come to play and, you know, it's going to be a great future for our partnership and our connection.
01:05 And we've already been close, like me and Satu have met since she's given us tickets to Mavs games in the offseason.
01:11 So we're just super glad that we have this partnership and really family that we can continue building on.
01:15 Considering we have two of the big three here right now, I'm going to ask you all, a lot of talk about how Dallas definitely has this big three, but could they really have a big four?
01:28 If you could just talk about the supporting cast and the collaboration that you have with your teammates coming in every game, either one of you.
01:37 Yeah, I think that big three is kind of more fan-given, you know, we don't call ourselves that because we have 12 players and I don't think we ever really, you know, said we are the big three because like I said, there's a supporting cast.
01:49 So there is no three, but there's a big 12. I mean, everybody steps up whenever you need them.
01:55 You know, last game, Natasha had a triple-double. The game before that, T had a double-double.
01:59 Like, it doesn't matter what game it is, somebody's going to step up and do what they have to do.
02:02 So I wouldn't really consider it a three, I would just consider it a solid team of 12 players, you know, ready to give their all.
02:07 That's why this team is so good. Just because of these two and that mentality. Says a lot about them.
02:14 I was really thinking, the first time I heard big three, I was thinking about K, Kalani, and T. So those are the real big three in our team.
02:25 We're going to go right here, guys. Right here with Isaac.
02:30 This is for the players. Obviously, y'all had role models growing up.
02:36 What does it mean to now be the role models for these young women that are part of this gem movement?
02:42 I have been thinking about that a lot recently. We had our autograph signing yesterday.
02:51 Just to see the faces of the kids light up when they see you, light up when they get a signature that might just seem like one of the ones you just give to a person.
03:04 But you give it to someone who's actually inspired by you, who's inspired by you playing basketball.
03:09 And I love playing basketball, so being able to do that, I'm just eternally grateful for that.
03:14 But it is important that we do so. It is important that we show up as females and show them, "Hey, this could be you."
03:21 Because I remember getting my first signatures and being so excited about it and really thinking about that until this day.
03:28 I know it makes an impact.
03:35 Thank you, ladies. That's all the time we have today. We appreciate you guys coming out. Thanks, everyone.
03:39 Thank you.
