WEEK TWO: EASY QUICK CARDIO WORKOUT

This is to be done 2-3 times with little rest if you can! This workout SHOULD be done daily for the full week two. You will need to do two things FIRST!! 1. Once you finish your cardio WAIT ONE HOUR before eating. Only drink water during that hour. This is all based on science folks... it works everytime.
