00:05 We know it's a marathon, not a sprint,

00:07 and that's why we spoke about a 100 race journey.

00:09 - We're launching the A523 tonight.

00:16 The A523 had aggressive but achievable targets.

00:26 Those targets have been mainly achieved.

00:28 So I look forward to seeing it actually race

00:31 against our competition.

00:32 - Pretty exciting lineup that we have for this year.

00:44 Of course we have Esteban who starts to really know the house

00:47 and then he's joined by Pierre,

00:49 who's gonna bring his own expertise, if you will,

00:54 and his thirst for a revenge.

00:57 - You know, the reason they're at Alpine

00:59 isn't because they're French.

01:00 The reason that they're with us is because they're young,

01:04 they're talented, they're fast and experienced,

01:07 and they're both race winners.

01:09 So I look forward to working with the two of them.

01:11 - The automotive industry in general,

01:15 and motorsport in particular, are pretty much a man's world.

01:19 So that was a limiting factor because in fact,

01:21 we were depriving ourselves from half of the talent pool

01:24 in the world.

01:25 So how do you wanna build the best team with that?

01:27 So that's why we decided to create the RaceHER program.

01:30 - The ambition of the RaceHER program

01:35 is to give the same chance to everybody

01:39 based on talent, on hard work, and on merit,

01:42 beyond their gender or their social background.

01:45 So it's about getting the best

01:48 and getting them from wherever they are.

01:50 - Confident that in the future we'll see young ladies

01:53 driving in Formula One.

01:54 Once they're driving in Formula One,

01:56 they'll be on the podium.
