00:00 Hi guys, today on Dema's Skin Cook, I have teamed up with several of my favorite YouTube
00:05 cooks to bring you an amazing cheesecake playlist. We're going to get things started by whipping
00:10 up this cake batter cheesecake. Let's go!
00:14 Okay we're going to start by making our crust. I'm using these golden Oreos. I love using
00:18 these Oreos for the crust, it's so good. We're going to place them in a food processor. Go
00:22 ahead and blend them up really well until they resemble fine crumbs and add them to
00:25 a bowl. We're going to top in a little bit of melted butter. I'm just going to take my
00:30 spatula and kind of stir it around. Get the butter well incorporated just like this. We're
00:34 going to place these into our prepared springform pan. I have greased this pan. We're going
00:39 to press this down really firmly, really pack it in there you guys. Use your hands and just
00:42 pack it down super super firm just like this right here. We're going to place it into the
00:46 freezer. We're going to come back to it in just a second. But right now we're going to
00:49 work on that cream cheese mixture. Look at all that cream cheese. Ooh, waiting for your
00:53 thighs. We're going to add this into a large bowl. It's really softened, but I'm going
00:58 to take my mixer here and just kind of mix it up a little bit to kind of soften it up
01:02 even more. Then we're going to toss in some powdered sugar to sweeten it up. Go ahead
01:06 and stir that in just like that. Really really fluffy. Pretty. If you have some vanilla extract,
01:12 add that in there as well. I ran out. I hate when that happens. Ran out last minute. Now
01:16 it's time to add our yellow cake mix. Any brand that you like, go ahead and throw that
01:19 right into the batter. This is going to give it a really really yummy that birthday cake,
01:23 yellow cake taste that I love so much. Go ahead and throw it in. Mix it up really well.
01:27 And now we're just going to throw in the Cool Whip. This will help get it really light and
01:31 airy. Okay. So go ahead and just stir in that Cool Whip. Crank up that mixer to get it well
01:37 combined and fluffy and smooth. It should look just like this right here. Nice and fluffy
01:41 and creamy. Like a little cloud. Then we're going to throw in some crushed up Oreos. That's
01:45 optional. I just wanted, you know, to add a little extra oomph into the batter. Then
01:49 we're going to throw in some sprinkles. Lots and lots of sprinkles. Add a lot. Don't be
01:53 scared. I think I did like 3 or 4 tablespoons of sprinkles. Okay. Sprinkle sprinkles. Then
01:57 we're going to just pour this right into our pan. I removed it from the freezer. And now
02:01 just smooth it out. This is like addicting. I don't know why I have an obsession with
02:06 smoothing things out. It's like OCD style. Okay. Pop this into the freezer for about
02:10 two hours. When it comes out, it should look like this right here. It looks like ice cream
02:14 to me. So cute. Alright. Now you can decorate it. You can leave it plain or you can decorate
02:19 it. I just did like sprinkles on top. You know, more sprinkles the better. They just
02:23 make me happy. I just love sprinkles so much. And then I used the extra, um, some extra
02:27 cool whip to just kind of like pipe on some little decorations around the edges just like
02:31 that. And now you're pretty much done. It looks like a carnival ice cream cake, doesn't
02:34 it? So cute. Now if you store this in the freezer, the texture will be like, kind of
02:38 like an ice cream. But if you store it in the fridge, the texture will be really creamy
