00:00 Hi guys! Finally here's the makeup you guys requested a tutorial for from Instagram.
00:10 Let us all transform into Japanese Himegyaru dolls together.
00:14 We'll start off by inserting our contacts to enlarge our irises for our super enlarging eye makeup.
00:22 Then I'll be applying my base makeup as I do.
00:25 I usually don't add base makeup to my makeup tutorials for the sake of time, but for this transformation video I thought it would be good to add.
00:33 Also, I must say that all of you think I have flawless skin.
00:37 No way Jose, it's all makeup and editing my friends.
00:53 I'm going to set my foundation and concealer with a translucent powder and go into my temples, cheekbones, jaw, and nose with a contour powder.
01:02 Then with this bright pink blush, I'll softly blend this over my cheeks as a base for the intense Harajuku style blush to come.
01:19 Concentrate the blush under the outer corners of your eyes and blend softly all around to create a smooth transition including the outer corners and lower temples.
01:28 The worst thing you can do to Harajuku style blush is to make it blotchy. Yikes!
01:34 Highlight the bridge of the nose and cheekbones making sure to blend well.
01:40 We want our skin to look plump and healthy.
01:46 Moving on to brows, I'll fill my brows in the Korean lower back and upper front heavy, blending up the tail and down the front of the brow, giving our overall look a soft and doll-like feel.
01:58 Because my eyes are semi-monolidded, I'll be applying this double eyelid tape for more lid to work with.
02:09 If you already have double eyelids, you can still enlarge them by using this method or by using eyelid glue.
02:15 Ta-da!
02:16 To not disturb my eyelid sticker, I'm going to tap my eyeshadow primer instead of swiping.
02:24 Then taking a matte brown eyeshadow, I'll place this all over my crease and blend it well.
02:29 Adding a shimmery champagne to the inner corners and inner third of the lids will also open up the eyes and add sparkle to the look.
02:41 To add dimension, I'll place the shadow we used first to the outer corner of the lower lash line and a dark brown eyeshadow onto the outer corner.
02:53 Going back in with the initial matte brown shadow, I'll use this to blend everything softly and to slightly contour the sides of my nose as well.
03:09 It's liner time! Using a black gel liner, I'll draw an extended downward wing.
03:15 We're going down, but it's still a wing, so we still need it to slightly flare and not be pointing at the floor.
03:21 I'll be blending this slowly a third way in and thinly continuing the line towards the inner corner.
03:35 Since our overall eye makeup will extend and enlarge the size of our eyes, we also want to subtly extend the inner corners as well.
03:42 This will help our eyes still look proportionate and not too far apart.
03:46 I'll also slightly bring the liner into the inner corners for congruency.
03:50 Let's darken the lashes and apply our Dolly Falsies.
03:57 The more spiky the shape of them are, the more dolly they will make your eyes appear.
04:02 I'll also apply my dolly lower lashes.
04:05 Make sure you apply the lashes slightly beyond where your natural eye ends to extend the shape of the eyes.
04:11 It's good to keep in mind that lower lashes always look less awkward when you have them standing up, rather than laying flat on your lower lash line.
04:20 Time for glitter!
04:22 Apply a gold glitter liner to the inner corner of the lower lash line and also to the inner corner of the lower lash line.
04:29 Apply the liner to the inner corner of the lower lash line and onto the ball of the lid.
04:33 Also, please excuse my ratchet liner brush. I use this glitter liner everyday, so it's getting harder and harder to get all the brush hairs into the tube and they keep fraying more and more.
04:43 Okay, here I'm applying a thin layer of clear glue to my cheekbones and lightly dabbing on my gold glitter.
04:50 To add dimension to the glitter, I'm also applying the gold glitter liner from earlier.
04:55 With these sticker rhinestones, I'll apply three in a row for even more bling.
05:10 And on the other eye, I have a pearl sticker and a light purple rhinestone.
05:14 Moving on to the lips, I'll use a matte creamy pink to act as a base to our gradient popsicle lips.
05:23 Ironically, this shade is called Tokyo. How suiting!
05:29 With a matte red lipstick, I'll apply this to the insides of my lips and blend it out to complete our popsicle lips.
