00:00 Hi, I'm Victoria Rose, celebrity makeup artist.
00:10 I'm here in Los Angeles with my friend Kelly, who wants to address the dark circles around
00:15 her eyes and melasma, which is dark spots on the skin caused by hormonal changes from
00:23 the birth control pill or from pregnancy.
00:27 Now depending on your skin tone, you can use different kinds of concealers or primers that
00:33 will conceal, help camouflage the melasma.
00:38 And this is one of the things that really, really bugs Kelly, isn't that right?
00:43 And what do you normally do every day for makeup?
00:46 I use a concealer and then I'll put some foundation on top of that and then I'll put some more
00:51 concealer on, hoping that it lasts throughout the day.
00:54 And does it?
00:55 Not really.
00:56 Not really.
00:57 So I'm going to use It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye in neutral medium, and we're going to
01:04 take a little bit of that and just tap it right onto the little spots.
01:11 And also under the eyes.
01:17 It really smooths out the skin, it's got an anti-aging serum built into it, it's also
01:24 waterproof and it's good enough coverage to actually cover tattoos.
01:32 I'm also using my Luxie Brush number 120, which is the detailed round blender.
01:41 And especially helpful brush around the nose, close your eyes, on the eyelid, and in all
01:49 the little creases.
01:55 Love it!
01:56 Does it feel good?
01:57 It feels nice.
01:58 Good.
01:59 Oh my gosh, that's practically invisible.
02:02 It's pretty much gone.
02:04 And that was really quick.
02:05 All that was was Bye Bye Under Eye by It Cosmetics.
02:10 Now I'm just going to use my Luxie Brush to set her with a little bit of Bye Bye Pores,
02:16 which is a silk translucent setting powder.
02:22 I'm using the stippling brush.
02:24 You can use any kind of kabuki, but I think it feels good on the eyeballs, you can get
02:29 it in there, especially if you do a lot of concealer around the eyes.
02:34 That feels nice.
02:36 Does that feel good?
02:38 Awesome.
02:39 Very soft.
02:41 So now I'm just going to give Kelly a little bit of blush, maybe a little bronzer from
02:46 the Vitality Face Disc using my Luxie Lush Brush.
02:51 Thank you, Luxie.
02:54 A little bronzer.
02:58 Just a little bit.
03:04 Nice.
03:05 And then vertically.
03:06 Right now I'm using a lip gloss from CK1.
03:16 I really like them because they've got avocado oil and all kinds of essential oils.
03:22 So just to sum up, on Kelly we just used the Bye Bye Under Eye in neutral medium for under
03:29 the eye, but we actually used it on the face.
03:31 It's waterproof and sweat proof, so you can totally trust that.
03:37 We spread it lightly around the face.
03:39 We also set that with Bye Bye Pores, the yellow setting powder, which is awesome.
03:44 It's got silk as a base to it.
03:47 And then she's wearing CK1 gloss, brow pencil from It called Brow Power, and Hello Lashes
03:55 from It Cosmetics.
03:59 Alright you want to take a look?
04:00 Yeah.
04:01 Oh my gosh, that looks amazing.
04:04 It's beautiful.
04:05 I can hardly see, I mean I barely see those spots anymore.
04:09 The skin tone looks even.
04:11 Yeah, it's gorgeous.
04:12 And it blends no line of the neck.
04:16 Awesome.
04:17 Fantastic.
04:18 Love it.
04:19 Alright.
04:20 Thank you so much for watching my YouTube channel.
