How big a problem is littering in Birmingham?

Litter is a problem that plagues most urban areas and here in Birmingham it's no different. Environmental Enforcement Officers dishing out hefty fines appear to offer little deterrence. We ask Brummies their thoughts on littering in the city and also how environmental issues are addressed by wider society.
