Should bus services in Birmingham be controlled by the council?

Calls have been made by two Birmingham City councillors to bring control of bus services into the hands of local authorities rather than private companies. Complaints of infrequency and poor maintenance spurred the proposal. I speak to people here in Birmingham to see if they agree.
