Boiling Rajma:
Red Rajma (soaked overnight) - 2 cups
Water (as required)
Salt - 1 tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 tsp
Cloves - 2-3
Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
Green Cardamom - 3-4
Black Cardamom - 1

For Tempering:
Mustard Oil - ¼ cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Bay Leaves - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Onion Puree - ¼ cup
Ginger-Garlic & Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Fennel (Sauf) Powder - ½ tsp
Water (as required)
Tomato Puree - ½ cup
Salt (as per taste)
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)

Cooking Rajma:
Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
Ginger Julienne
Green Chillies (slit) - 2-3
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)

For Rice Preparation:
Water
Basmati Rice (soaked) - 2 cups
Salt - ½ tsp
Ghee - ½ tsp
