Zach gained popularity on TikTok as he showed off outfits that resulted in dress code violations. Now, 2 years later, he has graduated high school, entered college, and as of last month, has been diagnosed with HIV. Now that Zach is medicated and has regained his energy, he has made it his mission to destigmatize and educate people on HIV.
