For this recipe, bring a cup of dry white wine to a simmer in a fondue pot or slow-cooker before adding in the corn starch tossed cheese. After that, stir the ingredients until it gorgeously melts together. Then mix in a quarter teaspoon of salt and nutmeg. Finally, after dipping a piece of bread into a generous amount of brandy, dip and enjoy the melted pot of cheese fondue.
