00:03 All good cheese balls start with a block of cream cheese.
00:06 What makes this better is that it also has ham,
00:10 smoked cheddar, green onions or scallions,
00:14 fresh parsley, and some chives,
00:16 garlic powder and onion powder,
00:18 some Dijon mustard, Worcestershire.
00:21 We're gonna mix it all together,
00:23 cover it, and chill it for 30 minutes
00:25 before we shape it into our ball shape.
00:27 Mix together toasted, chopped pecans
00:30 and the rest of those chives.
00:32 When your cheese ball is sufficiently covered,
00:35 chill it for an hour or until you're ready to serve it.
