Kadai Paneer is one of the most common paneer gravies. It is extremely flavorful and delicious. You can serve the Kadai Paneer with naans or jeera rice.

Ingredients
To Make Fried Onion & Capsicum
Oil - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 No. (cut into cubes)
Capsicum - 1 no. (cut into cubes)

To fry Paneer
Butter
Paneer - 400 gms

To Make Kadai Paneer
Garlic - 5 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Onion - 2 nos. (thinly sliced)
Tomato - 3 nos. (chopped)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Ground onion & tomato Chopped
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Kasuri Methi
