Description: Nice work today!! Pressing Behind the Neck was up 10kg to 99lb. I backdoored it by going into Push Presses for a couple of sets which allowed me to get the groove to Press. Nice to finish the Arthur Lifts with a big wheel on each side for a 145lb double. It's all gettin' rebuilt right!! God Bless!!
