Results 2018: Congress out-performing BJP in early trends

The early trends suggest that Indian National Congress (INC) is performing exceedingly well in two of the five states where counting is happening. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party President Amit Shah are losing ground. The BJP who had star campaigners like the Prime Minister and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath seem to have their magic fizzle out. The major strides in Madhya Pradesh for Congress has been credited to Kamal Nath. Will the early trends be a wakeup call for BJP?
