In Hong Kong, there is a famous cha chaan teng hidden in the basement of an old industrial building. People love to come by for its tomato and egg noodle dish after hitting the bars.
These noodles look super ugly but according to customers, they’re the best dish for a hangover. We talked to the cafe owner who created this recipe.
