Students behind teacher upskirt video will be punished, says Chong

Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon said his ministry will see that the school where five form three students shot an upskirt video of their English teacher and then peddled it to their fellow schoolmates, to take disciplinary actions against the culprits.
