How to Make Homemade Aloo Katli Recipe - Aloo ka Bhujia by Cooking with Asifa - CWA
This is a simple, easy & most quick recipe. Aloo katli takes no time to cook. Potatoes are cooked with spicy fresh tomatoes gravy on Dam(Covered lid to cook on low heat). Aloo Katli is a delicious dish served with Bread (Roti) and curd, loved by all over Pakistan and Indians.
Ingredients:
Veggies:
- Oil 1 cup
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Tomatoes 2 medium size
- Green chili 5-6 medium size
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Spices:
- Salt
- Crushed red chili 1 Tsp
- Coriander powder 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
- Place pan on heat with oil.
- Fry potatoes n Cumin Seeds for approx. 5-10 mins.
- Add Tomatoes with spices & cover the lid to cook on a low flame for 10-15 mins approx.
- Finally, garnish it with Chilies & Coriander Leaves.
