Ingredients:
250 gms Baby Potatoes, boiled
150 gm Curd
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Salt
Coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Tomato&Onion paste
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add potatoes, curd, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, mix them well and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a vessel, add butter, ground ginger-garlic, saute it nicely.
Add tomato&onion paste and saute it.
Lower the flame, add the marinated potatoes, mix well, close the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Switch off the flame and take it out on a serving bowl.
