INGREDIENTS :

CHOPPED ONION - ONE MEDIUM SIZE
CHOPPED TOMATO - HALF MEDIUM SIZE
CURRY LEAVES - 8-10 NOS.
CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER - 2 TABLE SPOON
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY - 2 NOS.
DICED BRED SLICE - 3 NOS.
EGGS - 2 NOS.
HALDI (TURMERIC) - HALF TEA SPOON
RED CHILLY POWDER - HALF TEA SPOON
MUSTARD SEEDS - ONE TEA SPOON
SALT - TO TASTE
REFINED OIL - 2 TABLE SPOON

TIP : ADD BREAD WHEN EGG IS IN LITTLE LIQUID FORM SO IT WILL GIVE NICE COATING TO BREAD.
