Tribute to a Fallen Soldier

The Philippine Army holds a wake for its retired soldier Winston Ragos at the Libingan Ng mga Bayani in Taguig. Ragos, who was deployed in Marawi, was reported to be suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder when he was shot dead during an altercation at a quarantine checkpoint on April 21.
