NQI Pullup Work + Olympic Bar

More Pullup work with the 2.36" Not Quite an Inch(NQI) Bar. Just trying to hold myself for a second or two is incredibly hard because as you can see the bar rotates just like the Inch Dumbbell does when you try to pick it up. Last clip is a couple of Pullups with just a regular Olympic bar on the rafters. Its still harder than a regular Pullup because the bar rotates which takes away any advantage....
