Welcome to my channel. Todays Special recipe Dragon Fruit Ice cream Milkshake and benefits of dragon fruit.

In this video i will tell you the health benefits of eating dragon fruit and how to make milkshake with it.

Dragon fruits are Rich in Antioxidants, They contain Vitamin C, Polyunsaturated (good) Fatty acids, and several B Vitamins for Carbohydrate Metabolism, as well as Carotene and Protein.

The Seeds of Dragon Fruits are High in Polyunsaturated Fats that Reduce Triglycerides and Lower the Risk of Cardiovascular Disorders. These Contain the Sugar, by which we will Get The Sweetness.

This Milkshake is Really Easy To Make and One of The Healthiest.

Ingredients:

Dragon Fruit - 1 Nos
Chilled Milk - 1 glass
Sugar - 4-5 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
1-2 scoops of Vanilla Ice-cream.

Directions:

1. Cut the dragon fruit into half, and scoop out the flesh.

2.In a blender, add the dragon fruit pieces, chilled milk, sugar and vanilla ice-cream.

3.Blend well until everything is just combined.

Serve chilled.
