13h00: Le couple d'aigles et leur aiglon cerclent dans les premiers thermiques; parfois, ils se posent un moment puis cerclent de nouveau.
15h45: Un aigle posé s'envole soudain suivi du jeune. Ils piquent droit sur un héron cendré qui remonte la Durance mais il les voit et monte en cercle pour les éviter tandis que les deux rapaces passent dessous avant de revenir. Le héron vole toujours vers l'amont mais les aigles doivent longer la paroi bas pour récupérer les faibles ascendants à cette heure. L'aiglon suit son parent en criant.
16h00: Ils se posent et resteront là jusqu'à la nuit.
17h15 : Je remballe tant que je vois encore.
17h30: Dernier coup de jumelle avant de descendre: ils sont partis.
17h45: Je redescends, le couchant miroite sur la Durance...

1:00 p.m. : The couple of eagles and their eaglet circle in the first thermal wind; sometimes they pose for a moment and then fly again.
3:45 p.m. : A posed eagle suddenly flies away, followed by the young. They dive straight on a gray heron which goes up the Durance but he sees them and goes up in a circle to avoid them while the two raptors pass underneath before coming back. The heron still flies upstream but the eagles must follow the bottom cliff to recover the weak ascending winds at this time. The eaglet follows its parent, screaming.
4:00 p.m. : They land and will stay there until the night.
5:15 p.m. : I'm packing up while I still see.
5.30 p.m. : Last look in the binocular before going down: the eagles are gone.
5.45 p.m. : I go down, the sunset sparkles on the Durance ...
