CHICKEN TINOLA Ingredients: 1 kilo chicken, cut into serving sizes 500 grams chayote or green papaya or 2 medium size cut into cubes ground white pepper to taste salt to taste 1⁄2 cup sili leaves 40 grams or 2 pcs. siling berde 50 grams or 1⁄2 size of medium white onion 20 grams or 1 small ginger 20 grams garlic Procedure: 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper 2. Spread chayote or papaya in the bottom of the Tupperchef Inspire Casserole 3. Add in the chicken, onions, ginger, garlic 4. Season with ground white pepper and salt according to taste 5. Cover and cook for 20 minutes 6. Add sili leaves, siling berde and reduce heat to 140C
