MANILA - Social Welfare Secretary Dinky Soliman broke down in tears over criticisms on government's response to super typhoon "Yolanda." A report by ABS-CBN News correspondent Jenny Reyes said Soliman broke down in tears at a press briefing as she defended everyone involved in relief and rescue operations. She said the Department of Social Welfare and Development is facing its biggest challenge in bringing relief and recovery to typhoon-hit areas. She added that they do not need to hear rumors and politicking that do not help the government response. Meanwhile, Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas said that aside from relief goods, typhoon victims also need seedlings, farming and fishing equipment. MORNINGS@ANC, November 20, 2013
